Use Hostinger or any other platform, do not use Elementor! I purchased an Elementor plan to build a website. Noticed that it does not have the features it claims to have. Their AI says to go through the cancelation process for a refund and once you cancel your plan you no longer have access to customer support. They sent me an email which bounced back as invalid. I am unable to contact them for a refund. Absolutely terrible support.
UPDATE: It is unfortunate that a customer has to go through reviewing online in order to get a response. The Elementor team responded to my review on here before they ever responded to my email, and it is most likely because of my review that they responded at all. They ended up giving the refund but that certainly does not change the fact that their support system is deeply lacking. They tell you to reach out to their info email, which bounces back. The bounce back email says to reach out to their help email, which also bounces back. For a website building platform you would think the support emails would work.
