I’m really impressed with Elementor’s customer service — it’s rare to experience support like this. After my issue was resolved, the representative asked if it was okay to close the ticket. While replying quickly, I accidentally chose a Google auto-suggested response and wrote “Yes, please cancel.” Instead of just closing it, the representative followed up to make sure I understood that closing a ticket simply means the issue is resolved, not canceled. That extra care really stood out.
