This is a subscription that did not work for me first time round due to its complex set up and poor support. When you have a frustrating challenge and are supported only by a pre-written bot you lose interest and move on. However, after the subscription renewing I asked for a refund after battling through the bot chat and finally got confirmation I can have a refund. Then you get emails reminding you what you will lose. As I do not use this tech I lose nothing so please process me refund. Nothing other than another email telling me the connected sites will no longer be able to be used. As I was then off for a number of days, I came back to work and checked in by replying to support. Only to be told the ticket has been cancelled and I need to start the process again. AND, they are very clear you MUST cancel within 30 days. So, if I do not get my refund confirmation this way, I will contact the bank for a chargeback as I have an email confirming I can be refunded and they are clearly delaying this.
