Worst service ever. I have an Expert plan with Elementor, and all I end up doing is talking to a robot that keeps asking me the same questions for half an hour without offering any kind of solution. I just get sent around in circles. It is completely impossible to get in touch with a real person. I am told that I can just buy a new plan, but that is not the point. I am simply being passed around and then asked whether the service was satisfactory.
Never in my life have I experienced anything so unprofessional. Find another builder for your website — Elementor is not worth it. Now I cannot use my license and there is no competent service either, if you can even call it service. Stay far away.
