The delivery of products was left outside by royal mail despite requesting it be left with a neighbour and it was stolen. Jess from their customer support was brilliant despite some clunky internal processes and got the products redelivered via an alternative carrier. Things will always go wrong but the ability to sort them out is what makes a great company. Well done Jess!
