Most recent order not recieved, after a few days I tracked the order to find out it had been left and disposed of, I went onto Elemis website and opened a chat, started communicating with Anita, who immediately advised me of the action required then promptly sent me an email explaining in detail what was required, a few days later replied again and had resolved all my issues and sent replacement products, Can’t thank Anita and Elemis enough, I purchase their products on a regular basis, and love their luxury products, I feel very grateful that they have reached out and replaced the missing products, thank you again ❤️🙏🏻
