My wife and I have been using several Elemis products for about three months now. I had several questions about subscriptions and promotional emails so I called customer service.As in the past, I was able to contact a customer service representative very quickly. Janette was very friendly and caring from the first moment she said “hello and how can I help you”?It was obvious she really wanted to ensure she answered all my questions properly and thoroughly. She also said she was going to follow up with an email just to confirm everything she told me was accurate. Per her promise, she emailed me a few hours later with all the pertinent information and details.The great customer service at Elemis is one of the main reasons we will continue to use their products.I surely hope I can get Janette in the future… She’s a wonderful asset to your company… John Castiglia
