Unfortunately, the eye product I ordered for my mum arrived empty. I contacted customer services and Katie was amazing — she quickly arranged a replacement, but when she realised it was out of stock, she called me back straight away to offer a refund or an alternative. Katie explained the alternative product clearly, and my mum was happy to try it instead. These things happen, and I honestly couldn’t fault the customer care Katie provided.
