Hello All, I was very sad to received my order damaged. Not sure if it was due to the packaging or the mail currier. I wrote a note with photos to Elemis Company. Within 12 hours I was sent a response from Jess a rep. She was incredibly kind and understanding. Jess was able to refill my order and I received it within a few days with no damage. I appreciate Jess taking care of my situation. Our world needs more of Jess's fantastic customer service skills. Thank you!
