I had a missing item from my order, I emailed and within 20 minutes I had the missing items on the way and a lovely email from Brooke to say she had it all sorted. Along with a confirmaiton to say the items were on the way. Love Elemis products, but this was so fast in repsonse to my note, and sorted so quickly. Brilliant service. Thanks Brooke.
