I had placed an order for a couple things and forgot to put in a promo code to get the collagen cream and some travel size products. I emailed customer service and spoke with Jess. SHE IS AWESOME!! She researched my order, found I had spent enough to get the free products and sent them to me the same day. So impressed with this companies products and the way they take care of their customers!
