I had placed my order then received a text regarding a promotional offer I would have been eligible for with my order. I contacted customer service to see if I could add the offer to my order. I received an email from Isabelle, who was very pleasant and helpful to work with. She was able to add the promotional offer to my order and I should receive it in a couple days. Excellent customer service.
