Horrible shipping tracking and not…

Horrible shipping tracking and not being honest where the order is. For a week I have trying to obtain a tracking number from customer service. They tell me it is being shipped, on the way and they provide you with a tracking without the carrier name. Why don't they provide the name? Because it is not ready at the shipper and it has not shipped or even ready.

This wasn’t canvas as expected. The material was more like a printed sheet texture. Kept anyway since I opened and unrolled it out, but was disappointed.

So here’s my experience…service was very good. Received texts every step of the way which was awesome. When I received the art, I didn’t realize it wasn’t canvas. It’s more like a digital printed art on a polyester sort of material. At first it looked cheap. When does putting it together, (which was super simple) it looked a lot better. I still love the look. I do wish it was hand painted. Still recommend this site but just make sure you know what you want and are looking for.

Even with the 60 percent off

Even with the 60 percent off, and another 30 percent off of the 60 percent, the quality of the 3 large canvas pictures I got are still not worth it. I basically paid 800 dollars for all 3 and I would not do business with them again. The customer service is outstanding, I could have returned them all for a refund, I just choose not to because it is a hassle to pack it all up and send them back and my time is worth more than the hassle. The quality of the frames is what you expect from cheap framed posters.
