These sellers produce and distribute counterfeit items. In hindsight, I noticed many warning signs with this service. Don't be fooled by their seemingly legitimate website; it’s misleading. The first red flag was a non-functional payment option, which they claimed was unavailable in my country. Then they requested a payment transfer to their business account for a supposed discount, which I never received. After I paid, they claimed the item was out of stock, only to later say it was available after I pointed out their website's claim. They provided a tracking number that led nowhere. When I inquired, they assured me it was sent without addressing my concerns. Others have reported receiving low-quality bootleg items, which is exactly what I got. Don't waste your time or money, as their prices are the same as legitimate merchandise, but the quality is extremely poor and illegal. Avoid at all costs.
I regret not doing my research on this new website. I was looking for a specific DVD for Region 2 compatibility and found it here at a decent price. That was my mistake. Had I been more careful, I wouldn’t have bought anything from this service. They sell bootleg or counterfeit DVDs. There's an old saying: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. DVDs and Blu-rays are region-encoded, and many recent releases are from American TV series for profit reasons. To play these, you need a multi-region player, which many don't have. Their customer service is virtually non-existent; it took multiple emails just to get a response. I requested a full refund and the deletion of my personal information, but their reply was inadequate, with no mention of my data deletion. This company clearly lacks regard for personal data security. Fortunately, there are strong data protection laws in the EU. If I don’t receive my refund and confirmation of data deletion, further action will be taken.
It's been over three weeks since my order, and there's been no update on the tracking. I also received no response to my inquiry! Finally got my DVDs, but both were poorly made, with one being nearly unwatchable due to darkness. The quality was not worth the purchase.
Avoid this website as they sell pirated DVDs. I thought I was ordering an original DVD and paid for tracking, totaling £25.50. What I received was simply downloaded content placed on a disc. When I contacted them, they asked for a return for a refund, which cost me £12.20 to send back. The refund took weeks and was incomplete, leaving me out nearly £40. They claimed the bank deducted fees, which is untrue. They are deceiving customers and profiting from copyright infringement. Please, stay away; you will not receive original products, and the quality is awful.
