I ordered a large lamp on 16 November 2025 for EUR 371. As of 13 January, I still haven't received my lamp. I've contacted them several times. Recently, I was messaged by someone claiming to be from the delivery service, saying my lamp was at a local warehouse. They mentioned the seller hadn't paid for delivery and that I would need to cover that cost. When I asked for the warehouse's location, I got no reply. I'm certain this is a scam and have not made any payments. I highly recommend avoiding any purchases from them.
