Awful. Lovely lighting advertised. Quite pricey but hoped to be worth the cost. It has been over three months and we are still waiting for our lamp. After numerous contacts with the company and promises that it will be delivered soon, there is still no sign of the lamp. I have also requested a refund several times, which is refused stating that they cannot stop the shipment and issue a refund, but that I can return the lamp when it arrives and request a refund if I wish. I cannot return a lamp that never arrives!! I am not sure if this is a scam or if they are just highly disorganised but either way I would not trust or recommend
Absolutely stay away from this company! A Total Scam! I ordered a large light over 2 months ago, and it has still not been delivered. Upon contacting them, I was met with the same disingenuous, likely AI generated response. I was also unable to get through by phone in spite of numerous attempts.

I was contacted by someone claiming to be from the delivery service, stating my lamp was at a nearby warehouse. They mentioned the seller hadn't paid for delivery, and I would need to cover that cost. When I asked for the warehouse location, I received no answer. I have not made any payments because I'm convinced this is a scam. I strongly advise against making purchases from them.

It took a bit longer to arrive, but wow, what a stunning piece! The lamps bring such warmth to the room, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I had some questions about the production time, but it was clear they are made to order, which justifies the wait. I prefer a unique item over a quickly produced one.
