I ordered a large lamp on 16 November 2025 for EUR 371, and as of 13 January, it has not arrived. I've reached out multiple times. I was contacted by someone claiming to be from the delivery service, stating my lamp was at a nearby warehouse. They mentioned the seller hadn't paid for delivery, and I would need to cover that cost. When I asked for the warehouse location, I received no answer. I have not made any payments because I'm convinced this is a scam. I strongly advise against making purchases from them.
