Awful. Lovely lighting advertised. Quite pricey but hoped to be worth the cost. It has been over three months and we are still waiting for our lamp. After numerous contacts with the company and promises that it will be delivered soon, there is still no sign of the lamp. I have also requested a refund several times, which is refused stating that they cannot stop the shipment and issue a refund, but that I can return the lamp when it arrives and request a refund if I wish. I cannot return a lamp that never arrives!! I am not sure if this is a scam or if they are just highly disorganised but either way I would not trust or recommend
