We hired Elevate Luxury Travel in Fort Worth to plan our honeymoon, expecting a high level of service consistent with their “luxury” branding. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. For weeks, we received no communication or updates on our trip. Despite multiple emails asking for confirmations and even requesting a phone call, no one ever called or provided clear information on what progress was being made. It felt impersonal and inattentive for something as significant as a honeymoon.The only phone call I received came after the owner accidentally copied me on an internal email in which I was referred to with profanity and degrading language. In my opinion, this showed an alarming lack of professionalism and respect for a paying client.While our hotel reservation was eventually confirmed, the overall process felt disorganized and stressful, which took away from what should have been an exciting experience. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this agency to others seeking professionalism, communication, or courtesy.
