Was completely mis-sold. Got promised the world by the salesman Keith who sold it to me, after already being doubtful of these type of people.
So I said I would create my domain and google page which I was told not to it will be taken care of for me, little did I know they done this to keep a hold of you and to make moving difficult.
Countless back and forth email interactions to tell them pictures do not fit , pictures are fuzzy etc they just kept sending over complete dribble to get the second invoice paid with no care in the world.
I was also told that the website price was the price after I said I was not paying a penny more which was fine up until I was told I had to create my own website content as this was not included lol. So the £600 was supposed to be for a smooth easy quick website with content and SEO optimisation with a google business page. Spent months getting the below average website online and fixed. Had to create my own content. Had to finish the google business page as it was created terribly in minutes just to shut me up and my website is not to be found anywhere online. So overall terrible experience which I did to save me time but cost me loads in the long run. My website was live for two weeks but they would not let me gain access to my domain for work reasons so I spent even more time trying to move. So a 10month process or so to end up getting about two weeks of a bad website then moving on. Could have used fiverr for half the price and half the hassle with a good website and SEO optimisation. STAY AWAY!
