This service failed to fulfill our contract. The website required extensive work even after their completion, and we received no inquiries from clients after hiring them. They are aware of their shortcomings but refused to issue a refund. We are now pursuing this through small claims court. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Absolutely unacceptable.
