Bought dress in October 2025, immediately requested a refund when it arrived as it looked nothing like the picture on their website. I have had to initiate all forms of contact. I was offered 30% refund in return, and requested at least 50%. It's now March and I have nothing, no refund, no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! It is an absolute waste of money.
