I ordered a beautiful KNITTED Islandic Hooded Sweater for a Christmas gift. What I received was a PRINTED pattern hooded sweatshirt. This was the exact opposite of the actual knitted garment in their website picture. Totally a false advertising scam. They offered me a discount to keep it! NOT. Then they wanted me to pay for shipping it back! NOT. They finally agreed to refund my payment. Unfortunately, it's into the 3rd week since they said I would see it in 5 to 7 business days. I've resigned myself to the fact that I will not be getting a refund. Unbelievable that companies can deceive the customer base like this and get away with it.
Love the styles.. materials...colors.. unique designs... ... The only thing I might recommend is to make the website easier to navigate through. There are so many things to see and sometimes we just happen upon them by accident. Rather than seeing them in the directory....we can't miss a thing. So please maybe a new format easier to help customers buy more. That would be awesome . You have a customer for life in me. Parent. I love unusual and unique things that nobody else has in my social circle period when they comment and ask. I always give out your website period when can we expect to see new things? Come out once a year twice a year. Thank you
Being of Scottish heritage, my daughter has fallen in love with Highland cows. We don't really exchange gifts at Christmas as everyone is grown up & pretty well set. So as mom/gram I look for that intriguing, different gift sometimes just a bobble head doll - but my daughter will be thrilled with another SC shirt.
This company is fraudulent. They purport to sell knitted and beautifully embroidered with appliques. They sell prints that are not even remotely close to the pictures. When you challenge them on it they don't own up to it. I had to threaten with my credit card company to finally get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE PRODUCTS THEY ADVERTISE
I recently returned three items to Elevenforest and encountered significant challenges with their return process. While the company acknowledged receipt of my tracking number, the shipment was held in China due to customs/tariff fees. My local post office confirmed that these fees cannot be paid by the sender in the United States—they must be handled by the recipient in China.
Unfortunately, Elevenforest has stated that they will not take responsibility for these taxes or customs charges, even though customers outside China have no way to pay them. This leaves buyers in a difficult position: either the company pays the fees to accept the return, or the shipment is refused and sent back. Until one of those outcomes occurs, refunds are delayed.
Key takeaway for future customers:
Returns to Elevenforest can be complicated and may involve customs/tariff issues beyond your control.
Refunds are not processed until the company receives the package, which may be blocked at customs.
Buyers should carefully consider these potential obstacles before purchasing, especially if they anticipate needing to return items.
While the products themselves may be fine, the return process is far from straightforward. Customers should weigh the risk of difficult or delayed refunds when ordering from this seller.
AVOID this seller at all costs! These items are NEITHER KNITTED NOR EMBROIDERED! The company isn't even based in the United States! This platform is a scam, using enhanced photos and misleading descriptions that do not accurately represent what they are offering. PLEASE do not fall for the same mistake I made. DO NOT BUY THESE ITEMS!
I would rate it a zero if I could. I ordered two lovely knitted sweaters, but what I got were two low-quality screen printed items. Completely unacceptable. I've requested a refund and will provide an update, but I'm not optimistic. This feels like a scam, and I regret not checking reviews beforehand.
As mentioned by several other customers, this feels like a scam. The item arrived, but as another reviewer pointed out, I could have gotten it for free at a concert. I ordered an XL for my son but received an XS meant for my granddaughter. It's not knitted as depicted on the website; instead, it’s flat and cheap, costing me £50. They claim they're going out of business, which is good news—hopefully, others won't fall for this poor quality. This has ruined Christmas for me. Thanks.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I ordered a blouse and a jacket for $83.98, but what I received was completely different from the stunning images. The quality of the material was subpar, there was no embroidery as promised, the sleeves were too short, and the jacket was too tight. I wouldn't wear either piece. The support team is being unhelpful regarding my refund request. This feels like a scam!
The images are generated by AI, and the so-called "knit" products are simply printed on polyester. It's a disappointing experience with a company that uses attractive AI visuals to sell low-quality printed items. The "knit fluffy" cardigan feels like a cheap polyester print, reminiscent of free sweatshirts handed out at community events. Similarly, the "knit soft" leggings are poorly cut and made of the same polyester. There are no refunds and no support available, so buyers should be cautious. This has completely ruined the holiday season.
