Scammers. At their creator package they use the term "Voice Cloning"... what people (including me) think it means you can clone your voice or whatever... but no, this means are eligible to use their professional voice library. So with Starter package you can't use any voice.
It is fine, but intentionally not make this clear using this "Voice Cloning" misleading term is just the worst way to mess with your customers. So now I had to upgrade my plan to creator and pay the 22$... above the 5$
Not to mention their UI full with bugs (like you copy paste text at project => speech and then it resets all the voice settings...). These guys the same as all AI creator studio: deliver more and more new features, new versions instead of focusing on having a stable UI at first place.
