Review Time
What a rug pull. So they are going to depreciate tens of voices by the end of February 2026, and with a snap of the finger those will be gone. Not hidden away in some sub-menu for old models... Nope! Just deleted forever. I specifically used default voices because I didn't want to bother with expiry dates on voices from explore tab, so how about just keeping the 'legacy voices' in a proper compartment instead of just pulling Adobe Animate for those who use your product? They can talk all they want about new tech and old being old, but sometimes it's not all about tech, but user experience, and this is the worst, I've seen in a long time.
This platform truly distinguishes itself! I was particularly impressed by the prompt and friendly support team, who assisted me in resolving a technical issue swiftly and effectively. The service is dependable, and it’s evident that they genuinely care about their users. Keep up the excellent work!
I am revising my review because, while it was challenging to receive human assistance and one of my requests took several days to get through the automated system, I understand it was a busy holiday season. There was a notification about potential delays, and when I finally received help, the agent was excellent. I may have contributed to the confusion since I was also helping a few friends and submitted multiple requests regarding their issues. Once you navigate through the initial setup phase, the technology is truly impressive.
I signed up hoping to transform my lyrics into a simple song, but ended up with one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered on any AI platform. The interface is overly complicated and not user-friendly, clearly designed for tech-savvy individuals without any thought for regular users seeking something straightforward. I spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out how to navigate it. In the end, I produced just one output, and it wasn't even a proper song—just my words, nothing more. Surprisingly, this minimal result consumed almost all my monthly credits (38,000 out of 40,000). When I reached out to express my frustration about paying for a full subscription yet receiving so little value, they offered no solutions, citing "substantial use" but providing no transparency—no detailed logs, no records of attempts, just a vague number and a generic response hiding behind their terms. This isn't just poor design; it feels intentional and exploitative. Previews, failed attempts, and confusing navigation quickly deplete credits, allowing them to claim you've "used" the service while denying any resolution. It's a calculated strategy to extract subscription fees from frustrated users who end up with almost nothing. You're not alone—many others have shared similar experiences on various platforms. Numerous users report disappearing credits for minimal or no actual output, a lack of transparency from the support team, and a business model that seems deliberately exploitative. There are far better alternatives that are genuinely user-friendly, intuitive, and can produce excellent songs quickly, often at a fraction of the cost. One such option is another service I switched to, which allowed me to create a complete song in minutes without any hassle or hidden fees. Do yourself a favor: avoid this service entirely. It’s an overpriced and overly complicated option that offers little value and leaves users feeling cheated. Opt for truly user-friendly alternatives—you'll save time, money, and unnecessary frustration.
I signed up for a service that promotes 10,000 free credits for new users, hoping to test the product before committing to a purchase. However, when I attempted to generate an AI voice, I received a message stating that free credits were unavailable due to "unusual activity" and that multiple users from my IP address had tried to obtain free subscriptions. This claim is simply false in my situation. I had only just learned about this service yesterday, and no one in my household uses AI tools. My family is completely unaware of what an AI voice model even is. It is unacceptable to penalize a legitimate new user for something they did not do. If the intention is not to provide free credits, then it shouldn't be advertised. This feels misleading and dishonest. Wasting users' time with promises that vanish immediately erodes trust. A company offering a premium AI product should implement better fraud detection, clearer policies, and show basic respect for new users. Blocking genuine users while still promoting "free credits" leaves a poor initial impression. Based on this experience, I won’t be upgrading and wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone.
Firstly, I'm not a creator or tech-savvy; I'm just an ordinary person who lost the ability to speak verbally due to a complete laryngectomy. The company worked with me for about a month to reach my current subscription level. I'm grateful, not for fame or fortune, but for the ability to communicate with others. I appreciate the individuals behind the AI; I know you're out there somewhere! Best regards.
I usually leave 5-star reviews because I genuinely want products to succeed and am patient during troubleshooting. Unfortunately, I have to give this a 1-star review. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I only received automated replies and no real resolution. I dedicated over two hours recording my voice to create a dependable voice for audiobooks and social media. The service is heavily promoted as a leading choice for voice cloning, which is why I invested my time and money. However, the outcomes have been persistently disappointing. Regardless of the document uploaded or the number of adjustments, the results consistently included sections where my voice sounded congested, then abruptly changed to another tone. The inconsistency renders the output unsuitable for professional use. It's genuinely disheartening to see money and time wasted without effective support. My advice: avoid this if you need consistent results for voice cloning.
I usually leave 5-star reviews because I want products to succeed and I'm patient with troubleshooting. Unfortunately, I must give a 1-star review this time. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I only received AI-generated replies with no real solution. My goal was simple: I invested over two hours recording my voice to create a reliable voice for audiobooks and social media, avoiding manual recordings. The service is marketed as one of the best for voice cloning, which is why I made my investment. However, the results have been consistently disappointing. Regardless of the document uploaded or the adjustments made, the output always had sections where my voice sounded congested, then switched to a completely different tone. My voice, with its Dutch accent and Swiss inflection, was not represented accurately. The inconsistency makes the output unusable for professional purposes. It's disheartening to invest time and money only to face repeated disappointment with no meaningful support. My advice: steer clear of this if you need consistent results for voice cloning.
I've tried every possible way to get in touch, but there has been no response. I accumulated 130,000 credits on my account as I struggled to use them all. Despite numerous attempts to reach the support team, I only encountered bots. I thought I would have to cancel my membership until I used up my credits, and to my surprise, when I canceled, all my credits were immediately taken away. Avoid this unless you want a product that lacks support and will take your accumulated credits.
