No one works at the company other than AI. I got my 110,000 credits, did an 8-minute voice isolation, then tried a 24-minute one that failed, but I got charged for the attempt. Then, I tried again, but the process went on for hours and hours, and the file vanished once again, taking my credits, leaving me with around 5,000. Talked to the help AI, which was no help, and if you close the window, you have to talk to it anew. Sent a request for help and got an AI resonse and no one did anything.
This company is the worst that I have ever dealt with.
Customer service is just AI in repeating patterns.
