Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I only received AI-generated replies with no real solution. My goal was simple: I invested over two hours recording my voice to create a reliable voice for audiobooks and social media, avoiding manual recordings. The service is marketed as one of the best for voice cloning, which is why I made my investment. However, the results have been consistently disappointing. Regardless of the document uploaded or the adjustments made, the output always had sections where my voice sounded congested, then switched to a completely different tone. My voice, with its Dutch accent and Swiss inflection, was not represented accurately. The inconsistency makes the output unusable for professional purposes. It's disheartening to invest time and money only to face repeated disappointment with no meaningful support. My advice: steer clear of this if you need consistent results for voice cloning.
