I signed up for a service that promotes 10,000 free credits for new users, hoping to test the product before committing to a purchase. However, when I attempted to generate an AI voice, I received a message stating that free credits were unavailable due to "unusual activity" and that multiple users from my IP address had tried to obtain free subscriptions. This claim is simply false in my situation. I had only just learned about this service yesterday, and no one in my household uses AI tools. My family is completely unaware of what an AI voice model even is. It is unacceptable to penalize a legitimate new user for something they did not do. If the intention is not to provide free credits, then it shouldn't be advertised. This feels misleading and dishonest. Wasting users' time with promises that vanish immediately erodes trust. A company offering a premium AI product should implement better fraud detection, clearer policies, and show basic respect for new users. Blocking genuine users while still promoting "free credits" leaves a poor initial impression. Based on this experience, I won’t be upgrading and wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone.
