Once again, I have been let down by this service. There was no communication about their arrival. Due to my disability, the driver left the gas bottle at the entrance of my property, claiming that the support team stated drivers don’t carry phones due to company policy. It's unbelievable that in 2025, a driver wouldn't have a phone. I feel deceived. If you want a service that disappoints, this is the one to choose. As someone with a disability, I was left to struggle carrying the bottle nearly 50 meters to my house and then connecting it. This should have been part of the service we paid for. No offer of a discount, just an insincere apology filled with excuses. We cannot recommend this service due to their lack of honesty and failure to deliver what we expected.
