I’m adding my voice to the many complaints about this service. I've been a customer for 23 years. I live on a farm with limited access. I received a message about a delivery on the 1st of November, but it never arrived. On the 12th, when I called, I was told they would no longer deliver to my property and that my account had been canceled! No prior notification. This is unacceptable for a major company.
