Our experience with Elgas has been nothing short of frustrating. Every time I’ve called, the customer service has been appalling – the staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. On one occasion, a delivery driver took the wrong gas bottle, and instead of resolving the issue, I was blamed. I was told the driver “would never do that,” and my formal complaint was completely ignored.Ordering new bottles has been a constant struggle, with several instances of both bottles running empty, leaving us without gas. Deliveries are frequently delayed or simply don’t show up, and each time I call for help – calmly and respectfully – I’m met with indifference and attitude.After numerous issues and zero accountability from Elgas, we’ve decided to switch providers. I won’t be using Elgas again and will be sharing this experience with others. Disgraceful service.
