Absolutely disappointing have been with elgas as they took over ongas nothing but drama. Ordered a gas bottle got a automated message saying they will deliver on Sunday (never showed up) try to call them for the best part of a day to find out what was happening they said will be delivered tue. OK fine can we add a bottle sure but wont be on tomorrow's delivery.ok fine. 1 week later I call them where is the gas bottle sorry we are busy will call you back when operations team gets back to us. Nothing. Automated message saying delivery today nothing no show no communication no phone answer. This is disgusting
