So disappointing service especially during winter when gas is needed the most. I run out gas in first cylinder about 3 weeks ago. Struggled to place an order last week as I have to hold on for about an hour to have my call answered by an operator. Online order however too does not work. If you place an online order and do not follow up with a call, there are chances your order will not come through. I remembered the first online order I made I was told because of Cyclone Alfred they didn't receive my order. Can you believe that?Now I have run out of gas in my second cylinder last week Wednesday and till date my initial order is yet to be delivered. I have called 3x today and the last time I was told my delivery is 2 other deliveries away. Yet I did not received gas. The sad story is that this is the first winter for my family in Australia and they have struggle with the cold at home because there is no gas. What I can say is that it seems Elgas has more customers than what they need. So, the really don't care that much.Elgas is a horrible entity to deal with.
