Disappointed by Lack of Communication and Service

Once again, I am let down by the service. There was no call to inform me of the delivery. Due to my disability, the driver left the gas bottle at the entrance of my property, claiming that the support team stated drivers don't carry phones due to company policy. It's hard to believe that in 2025, a driver wouldn't have a phone. I feel misled. If you want a service that disappoints, this is the one to choose. As someone with a disability, I was left to struggle bringing the bottle nearly 50 meters to my house and then connecting it. This should have been included in the service we paid for. There was no offer of a discount, just an insincere apology filled with excuses. We cannot recommend this service due to their lack of honesty and failure to provide the service we expected.
