I had a terrible overall experience! I ordered an item, but only half of it was delivered. When I inquired about the missing part, the order was only placed after I followed up. Customer service was evasive and failed to provide the necessary information, only responding when I chased them. This was a poor experience, and I won't be doing business with the company again.
