I placed an order on the website (01.12.2025) and received an email confirmation, but nothing else followed. When I reached out to the support team on 09.12.2025, they informed me that the parcel was marked as delivered, but I couldn’t track it since I purchased as a guest. They were unable to provide details on the delivery location or how to retrieve it. They promised to contact the shipping company and get back to me, but after waiting an hour for an answer, it’s now 11.12.2025, and I still haven’t heard back. I lack a tracking number and any information about my parcel.
