Order never arrived

I placed an order on the website (01.12.2025) and received an email confirmation, but nothing else followed. When I reached out to the support team on 09.12.2025, they informed me that the parcel was marked as delivered, but I couldn’t track it since I purchased as a guest. They were unable to provide details on the delivery location or how to retrieve it. They promised to contact the shipping company and get back to me, but after waiting an hour for an answer, it’s now 11.12.2025, and I still haven’t heard back. I lack a tracking number and any information about my parcel.

Disappointing wireless headset experience

I purchased a wireless headset from a retailer, but the software is the worst I’ve encountered. The headset itself is nice, but I have to connect it to different PCs every few days to 'reset' it. It frequently loses audio input and output, and the software fails to recognize it. This is incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend it.

Decent prices, but that's all

The shop offers good prices, especially during sales, but they aggressively try to upsell. They also push overpriced insurance that is unlikely to be useful, and the delivery service is somewhat reliable time-wise, but the staff is unhelpful and rude.

Issues with purchased phone

I bought a phone from a retailer and faced problems from day one. I returned it for repairs while still under warranty, and they assured me it would be fixed. However, they later claimed the phone was damaged (which I can prove it wasn’t). Now they want me to pay a hefty fee to get it repaired or returned unfixed. This situation is beyond frustrating, and I have reported them with all necessary documentation.

Awful customer service

I have never encountered such poor customer service in Europe. I emailed them about a refund with all necessary documents, waited two weeks, and received an email asking for the same documents again. This is unacceptable.
