I truly love this service! I've been placing orders for several months now, and while there have been a few minor issues (not related to quality, just receiving the same color and style as before), the customer support team has been fantastic. They sent me a replacement without requiring the return of the previous items. The support is always prompt and incredibly helpful. I really enjoy my beautiful underwear and the delightful extras included with each order. It feels like my little treat each month.
