I subscribed last year through an advert and honestly what a waste of money. It's very very cheap feeling lingerie - AliExpress quality. The cups are weird shapes and overall finishing of the products is poor.
If you sign up to a box with a discount code you're unable to cancel your subscription until you have paid full price. This wasn't shown at the point of subscription when purchasing through SHOP and is buried at the very end of their Ts&Cs
Go to M&S or another high street shop and get a decent quality set for the same price.

I truly love this service! I've been placing orders for several months now, and while there have been a few minor issues (not related to quality, just receiving the same color and style as before), the customer support team has been fantastic. They sent me a replacement without requiring the return of the previous items. The support is always prompt and incredibly helpful. I really enjoy my beautiful underwear and the delightful extras included with each order. It feels like my little treat each month. The only downside is that once my order arrives, I find myself impatiently waiting for the next gorgeous set! Great job! Keep it up!
I'm completely enamored with this service.
