I ordered a reformer on May 15, 2025 and then had to transfer the full purchase amount first, only then did I receive an invoice in my customer account...that should have made me pay attention.After many emails, I was offered a different model in June, which I declined. The process was then to be restarted, even though I had already paid and was on the waiting list. Then I heard nothing more...mails were no longer answered....my account was frozen....I will send another mail as a request. After this entry, the export manager contacted me immediately and explained the delay. The shipment was then ordered and the reformer was delivered within a week, as ordered.The reformer itself is pre-assembled; only a few attachments need to be fitted; the appropriate tools are supplied. The workmanship, accessories and function are very good...you can start exercising.All in all, a clear recommendation can be given here.
