I have been incredibly patient with my order and asked relentlessly for a manager to call me after a catalogue of bizarre, confused and random updates none of which had much to do with my order. In fact - anything relating to my order has not been communicated at all. Its been a very long and frustrating 5 weeks. My equipment is now apparently on the move from spain but i have no paperwork, tracking number and/or understanding of final costs relating to custom duties and am being ignored when I ask about the VAT exemption for non EU buyers as tax is included in the sale price so should be due back to me to cover VAT fee's here. Its all very very loose for large cost items and although I've no doubt the equipment will be amazing- I've littte hope it will arrive and/or what will arrive and how much that is all actually going to cost me. I posted on their facebook in an attempt to get someone to actually communicate with me - and it just gets taken down. Very concerning service. When I question anything Im offered a cancellation and full refund which isn't what I want as Im teacher training and I've missed the cut off for the next freight with Balanced Body so overall feel that they need to up their game to be in line with the reviews I read about how great their equipment is. No good having good products if you can't actually get them to anyone and/or you're customer service doesnt seem to want to sell anything and/or communicate with you on sales. When asking for quote from balanced body - all associated cost included customs was cleared up in a couple of days so really dont understand the issue here.
