At the start of November 2025, I ordered a pair of earrings and was quite disappointed upon arrival. One earring was bent and wouldn't close, while the other appeared used, with scratches and dull stones. I returned them and managed to contact customer service about three weeks after they received the return. They agreed the earrings were subpar and promised to send a new pair. However, they later informed me that they were out of stock and wouldn't be available until December 18, 2025. They offered a refund, but I want the product I paid for. Despite asking for an update on December 23, I still haven't received any response from customer service as of January 2, 2026. It's frustrating to have paid for gold jewelry and not receive it as agreed or even an update.
