At the beginning of November 2025, I ordered a pair of earrings and was quite let down upon receiving them. One earring was bent and wouldn't close, and the other showed clear signs of use, with scratches and dull stones. I returned the package and eventually contacted customer service about three weeks later. They acknowledged that the earrings were below standard and promised to send a new pair. However, they informed me they were out of stock until December 18, 2025. Although a refund was offered, I would prefer to receive the product I originally ordered. Despite asking for a shipping status update on December 23, I have yet to hear back from customer service as of January 2, 2026. It's concerning to have paid for gold jewelry and not receive it as promised or at least get an update.
