I visited the lounge at the airport and was appalled by the experience. Aside from the friendly bartender, the overall service was a waste of money. Staff were in dirty footwear and lacked customer service skills. The food was cold, and when I inquired about a specific item, I was told it was for the lounge next door. A staff member confirmed the food was cold but offered no apology. It was concerning to see food being handled without gloves and hygiene was clearly lacking. The restrooms were also in poor condition. I attempted to leave feedback but encountered a technical error. I expect a full refund for this awful experience and a response to my complaint, but I doubt anything will be done.
