Extremely disappointing experience

This review pertains to a specific hospital location. If I could, I would rate this place a -1000. The prices are exorbitant and do not reflect the quality or quantity of the food offered. The daily menu consists mainly of chicken, with different names but the same unappetizing taste. It's simply not worth the cost! The way customers are served feels very restrictive, with everything piled on top of one another. Overall, the food, hygiene, pricing, and staff attitude are all unacceptable!

Extremely poor service at the hospital

This review concerns a hospital location. If I could, I would rate it a -1000. The prices are outrageous and do not reflect the quality or quantity of food served. The menu is monotonous, primarily featuring chicken with little variety. The way food is served is restrictive and unappetizing. Overall, the food, hygiene, pricing, and staff attitude leave much to be desired.

Worked for 8.5 hours, no contract and no pay

I worked for 8.5 hours without a contract or break and didn't receive any payment. This is a completely unacceptable situation, so if you find yourself in a casual role without a contract, I advise against taking it.

Disappointing experience at the lounge

I visited the lounge at the airport and was appalled by the experience. Aside from the friendly bartender, the overall service was a waste of money. Staff were in dirty footwear and lacked customer service skills. The food was cold, and when I inquired about a specific item, I was told it was for the lounge next door. A staff member confirmed the food was cold but offered no apology. It was concerning to see food being handled without gloves and hygiene was clearly lacking. The restrooms were also in poor condition. I attempted to leave feedback but encountered a technical error. I expect a full refund for this awful experience and a response to my complaint, but I doubt anything will be done.

The food quality has deteriorated drastically, and even a skilled chef would struggle to make it acceptable. There is a chef willing to work full-time, yet the pay rate is still undecided, and the position hasn't even been advertised as necessary. The staff member who visited recently was incompetent and unprofessional. There are no answers to pressing questions, and potential staff candidates have been treated poorly. We need to know what plans are in place to resolve these issues. This situation has affected my health, and it’s unacceptable that a catering service in a retirement community is failing to meet basic standards.

Disappointing catering experience

I reside in a facility where the catering service is failing miserably. The residents are frustrated with the uncleanliness and incompetence of the cook. I raised concerns about hygiene, but the response was simply to provide a new uniform. This is not a solution, as residents refuse to eat there. We were promised nutritious meals, especially given the health needs of the residents. The kitchen operates only a few hours during weekdays, and despite having a high hygiene rating, I question whether it would even earn a low rating from health inspectors. If this service cannot provide decent food, it's time for a change.
