The company responded to my earlier honest negative review with points that need clarification: 1. They claimed there was a notification on their website indicating that the product I wanted was discontinued. This is false. Perhaps they added it later, but it wasn’t there when I ordered. 2. "Once the products were returned, you received a full refund." The products were never returned because my emails were ignored. Therefore, there was no refund. Another falsehood on their part.
