Over a week later, still waiting for my order. There was no tracking, and when I reached out, they informed me it had just been dispatched after five days. They claim it was delivered, but the service doesn't handle liquids well as stated on their site. I’ll wait until Monday and request a refund if it doesn't arrive. I won’t be ordering from them again.
Updated to add: received an email today after my parcel was delivered. I understand busy times and new tax laws, but this should be communicated on your website! If you're experiencing delays, remove the same-day dispatch claim! Honestly, if I had read the reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have bothered. My order was supposed to ship the same day, but it didn’t ship until November 6th and arrived on the 7th. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. I've sent many emails and left messages with no response. My order arrived today, but it’s incorrect, and I can't be bothered to chase them for a resolution. If you need quick service, look elsewhere!

The company responded to my earlier honest negative review with points that need clarification: 1. They claimed there was a notification on their website indicating that the product I wanted was discontinued. This is false. Perhaps they added it later, but it wasn’t there when I ordered. 2. "Once the products were returned, you received a full refund." The products were never returned because my emails were ignored. Therefore, there was no refund. Another falsehood on their part.
Disappointing service. I'm starting to wonder if this is even a legitimate website. I placed an order two weeks ago, and I’m still waiting. I sent emails but got no replies. Now they claim my emails go to junk mail! My order arrived 15 days after I placed it, despite their website advertising next-day dispatch. I paid immediately, so yes, I did pay. I won’t use this site again. To add to your response, I sent three emails, followed by a text message, none of which were answered, and I also sent a WhatsApp message that shows delivered but received no reply.

When I reached out on Wednesday, I spoke with a representative who clarified that the delay was due to an issue unrelated to the company. They informed me I would receive my order the following day, which I didn’t. It was another delay, not their fault. I received my order on Friday. The representative was very helpful and provided excellent customer support. I will place another order this weekend. If you don’t receive an email reply, there are two phone numbers available on the contact page, and the mobile line is responsive. I appreciate the support received and thank them again. I would highly recommend this service for your needs.
