I placed my order on Sunday, expecting delivery on Tuesday. When Tuesday came and went without my order, I emailed and called. When I reached out on Wednesday, I spoke with a representative who clarified that the delay was due to an issue unrelated to the company. They informed me I would receive my order the following day, which I didn’t. It was another delay, not their fault. I received my order on Friday. The representative was very helpful and provided excellent customer support. I will place another order this weekend.
