I truly wish I could rate this company with zero stars. They lack the ability to edit, format, or handle even basic tasks. I requested a different team, but they were equally disappointing, if not worse! Just search for my book and see the awful formatting and poor editing. I spent more time pleading with them to correct their errors than I did writing! They deceive you to get your business. I invested over $1,000 in publishing and marketing. I explicitly stated NO GHOST WRITING, yet someone named 'Stella' ruined parts of my book regardless. It's obvious they used AI. They even threatened to take my book down if I posted a negative review. It's been over two years, so let them try! They nearly ruined my first book as well. Thankfully, a retired publisher friend was able to fix most of the numerous errors. They had 'Stella' do ghostwriting too, despite my clear instructions against it. Avoid this company! They will destroy your hard work! I'm now hiring a friend who is a published author to republish both manuscripts. She couldn't believe the shoddy work they did. It will be costly, taking time away from her own writing, but it's worth it! She appreciates my writing, and once these manuscripts are corrected, they will finally get the recognition they deserve! By the way, I also paid for marketing services that did absolutely NOTHING! This experience occurred in October 2023. I had to add a date to submit this review. I'm frustrated with myself for falling for their lies and choosing this terrible company! Note: This company was previously known by another name, likely for good reason.
