I genuinely wish I could rate this service with zero stars. They clearly lack the skills needed for editing, formatting, or even handling basic tasks. I requested a different team, but they were just as ineffective, if not worse! Just take a look at my book and see the awful formatting and editing issues. I spent more time pleading with them to correct their errors than I did writing! They mislead you to attract your business. I invested over 1K for publishing and marketing. Despite my clear request for no ghostwriting, someone named 'Stella' messed up parts of my book anyway. It's evident they relied on AI. They even threatened to remove my book if I posted a negative review. It's been over two years, so let them try! They nearly ruined my first book as well. Fortunately, a friend who is a retired publisher managed to fix most of the numerous errors. They had this 'Stella' do ghostwriting too, despite my explicit instructions against it. Avoid this service! They will jeopardize your hard work! Thankfully, I'm hiring a friend who is a published author to re-publish both manuscripts. She couldn't believe the shoddy work they did on both books. It will be expensive due to the time taken away from her own writing, but it's absolutely worth it! She appreciates my writing, and once these manuscripts are corrected, both books will finally get the recognition they deserve! Additionally, I also paid another service to market my books, and they did absolutely NOTHING! This experience occurred in October 2023, though there was no option to indicate the date. I was compelled to include something to share this review. I'm frustrated with myself for believing their misleading claims and choosing this awful service! By the way, this service was previously known by a different name but changed it for obvious reasons.

I initially held back from taking immediate action, believing the issues could be rectified smoothly as I waited for their response. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. They continually delayed my project while still collecting payments. The situation deteriorated after I paid in full. They failed to deliver the promised work. They also persuaded me to invest heavily in a dedicated server, claiming it would help sell thousands of copies of my book, yet not a single book sold. To make matters worse, I found out they never provided a dedicated server and instead used a shared one. Additionally, they did not return my credentials, causing my domain to expire. When I attempted to address the issue, my number was blocked, and my calls went unanswered. Shockingly, representatives from the same individuals later approached me under a different name, attempting to sell their services again, blaming the 'previous company' for my losses while suggesting new solutions. This entire experience has been devastating, and I feel compelled to warn others—whether authors, writers, or business owners—to steer clear of these companies. My advice is straightforward: conduct thorough research, choose your business partners wisely, and don't succumb to misleading promises. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company and its affiliate.
